I observe with shame that two years have elapsed since I last posted On Here. I apologize to the thousands of you who have awaited this moment with bated breath. Or, to those who might have forgotten-- often, I did too.

I intend to write more. I intend to try to write more. I intend to try to attempt to write more. I've got several ideas for blog posts, that may or may not be forthcoming. Two years' worth, in fact. But if I do not, then I will not feel guilty about it, because I refuse to let myself feel guilty about it. This is my blog, after all, and it is not a job, and I probably have more important things to do (if you can imagine a Thing of such magnitude). Probably I'm not doing them either
